In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public  interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department’s, notification  number F.12(72)FD/Tax/2017-82 dated 06.09.2017, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, the existing clause b and entries thereto shall be substituted by  the following, namely:-

 “b; Shree Chandra Singh Dugar, Additional Commissioner (Tax), Commercial Taxes Department, Rajasthan as an Officer of State Government.”.
