WHETHER GST ON INSURENCE OF CAR, SERVICE CHARGES OF GARAGE AND MAINTENANCE CHAGES ARE ALLOWED IN NORMAL BUSINESS OR NOT.

Reply—As per amended provision of section 17(5)(ab), service of general Insurance, servicing repair and maintenance in so far as they relate to motor vehicles shall not be available w.e.f. 01.02.2019. However GST paid on Insurance of vehicle use for transportation of goods can be claimed.
