Goods in Transit — By way of writ application, the applicant challenged the impugned detention order dated and impugned confiscation order passed by the Respondent No.2. By an ad-interim order, Court directed that the goods to be released. With this direction, the writ applicant availed the benefit of an interim-order and got the goods released, on payment of the requisite amount. Writ Application is allowed, in part. The impugned order of confiscation, in Form GST MOV-11, is quashed and set aside.
