Section 129 of the CGST Act, 2017— Goods in Transit —– The applicant prayed for directing the Respondents to provisionally release the goods in truck in terms of the provisions of Section 67(6) of the Act read with Rule 140 of the Rules. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that as there is a positive indication on the part of the respondent, for all issues which he has raised before this Court, he shall approach the concerned authority.

Held that:- The Hon’ble High Court disposed the petition as withdrawn.
