Adjudication Order --- The petitioner challenged adjudication order dated 20.05.2022. The court in another order in similar circumstances have quashed the adjudication order on account of the provisions of Circular dated 20.09.2022. The counsel for the respondent does not dispute that the fate of this matter would be the same.

Held that:- The Hon’ble High Court set aside the adjudication order dated 20.05.2022 and directed the concerned officer to commence proceedings de novo, bearing in mind the aforementioned Circular dated 20.09.2022.
