Section 74 of the CGST Act, 2017 — Show Cause Notice  –- The petitioner challenged the impugned adjudication order dated 21st June, 2022. The court observed that they are not inclined to entertain this petition on the ground of availability of the statutory alternative remedy.

Held that:- The Hon’ble High Court dismissed the petition.
