Section 171 of the CGST Act, 2017— Anti-Profiteering -- The petitioner submitted that they would refund Rs. 41/- to the complainant and would be depositing Rs. 15,000/- in the Consumer Welfare Fund. The petitioner submitted that the legal issue be decided. The proceedings pursuant to order dated 25th September, 2018 may continue and even final order may be passed.
