Letters from the department –- The petitioner challenged the impugned letters dated 24th February, 2021 and 22nd March, 2021. The advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that it will be appropriate on the part of the petitioner to respond to the aforesaid letters dated 22nd March, 2021.

Held that:- The Hon’ble High Court granted liberty to the petitioner to give reply to the aforesaid letters, within a fortnight and if such reply is filed, the respondent concerned shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a final decision within four weeks.
