The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation before the Chief Commissioner, CGST, for redressal of his grievance regarding release of the seized gold ornaments. This court dispose of the writ application, directing the Chief Commissioner, CGST, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order.
