Section 107 of the CGST Act, 2017 –- Appeal -–- The petitioner challenged the action of the respondent appellate authority in not disposing his appeal filed on 27th March, 2019.

Held that:- The Hon’ble High Court directed the authority concerned to pass a final order on the appeal within 8 weeks.
