Supply of Service — Against the judgment dated 30.04.2019 of the Bombay High court in which the petitioner claimed himself as a public spirited advocate practising in Bombay High Court and seek directions to initiate criminal prosecution against the respondent no.3, a company allegedly conducting illegal operations of gambling etc. High Court dismissed the criminal PIL and held that services of respondent are taxable @ 18%.
This appeal is filed against the order of Bombay High Court which is dismissed.
However, in SLP Diary No.41632 of 2019, it is open for the Union of India to apply for a review insofar as the GST aspect is concerned before the High Court of Bombay.
