Section 130 of the CGST Act, 2017 — Goods in Transit –--- The appellant challenged the judgment dated 16.09.2021, whereby, the learned Single Judge declined to exercise the writ jurisdiction, as the petitioner has alternative remedy under the Act. The court observed that they are in entire agreement with the view expressed by the learned Single Judge.

Held that:- The Hon’ble High Court dismissed the appeal.
