Filing of Return — The petitioners were unable to uploaded Form GST TRAN-1 within the time stipulated on account of some error. Thus, the petitioners seek for appropriate direction in this regard. The writ petition disposed directing the petitioners to submit their applications in accordance with the Circular dated 03.04.2018 to their respective Assessing Officers and who will forward the application to the Nodal Officers within a period of one week and Nodal Officer in consultation with the GSTN shall take note of the grievances expressed by the petitioners and forward the same to the grievance committee, who in turn would take an appropriate decision in the matter within a period of three weeks from the date on which the applications are received in proper form. — Schwing Stetter India Private Limited Vs.
