Jurisdiction under GST —
The issue of jurisdiction has been sorted out on it being decided that the CGST-Delhi South Commissionerate would be the one investigating the cases against the petitioner and that the Audit Commissionerate shall not proceed in the matter any further. The petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all its pleas before the authorities. Petition dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. — C.S.
