Filing of Return — The petitioners stated that they were unable to upload Form GST TRAN-1 within the time stipulated on account of some error. Writ petition disposed of with the directions to the respective Commissioner of GST and Central excise to appoint Nodal Officer/Officers for the State of Tamil Nadu, if not already appointed, and the petitioners are directed to submit their applications in accordance with circular dated 03.4.2018 and thereafter on receipt such applications, the Nodal Officer nominated will, in consultation with the GSTN, shall take note of the grievances expressed by the petitioners and forward the same to the Grievance Committee, who, in turn, would take an appropriate decision in the matter within a period of three weeks from the date, on which, the applications are received in proper form.Pothys, Rep.
