It is directed that no coercive action be taken against the petitioner till further orders and bail of the petitioner shall not be cancelled in the aforesaid cases.
Section 132 of the CGST Act, 2017— Bail -- The petitioner sought a declaration that Sections 69 and 132 of the Act, 2017 are arbitrary, unreasonable and beyond the legislative competence of the Parliament as well as ultra vires the Constitution.
