Section 16 of the IGST Act, 2017--- Refund —- The respondent counsel placed a compilation of documents, which suggested that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. The petitioner counsel submitted that since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, the writ petition can be closed.

Held that:- The Hon’ble Court directed to close the writ petition.
