Challenge of Constitutional Validity — The Petitions raised a challenge to the constitution of National Anti Profiteering Authority, apart from other challenges to the impugned order.  In some of the Petitions the Respondents have moved a transfer application in the Supreme Court and the decision of the Supreme Court on the transfer application is awaited.
