Rule 86A of the CGST Rules, 2017 – Blocking of ITC -—- Pursuant to the orders passed by a coordinate bench of this Court on 28.09.2018 and 04.04.2022, the respondent counsels submitted that they have furnished copies of the status reports to the counsel for the petitioners. The court observed that these status reports will be filed before the next date of hearing, so that they are placed in the Court record, as well.

Held that:- The Hon’ble High Court listed the matter for 26.09.2022. Directed the petitioners’ counsel to formulate suggestions for improving the system, which, according to him, is creating impediments in the smooth administration of CGST.
