GST on Royalty —– The petitioners assailed the legality and validity of imposition of GST on royalty. The court observed that the issue does not survive for consideration any more in view of order dated 17.12.2021 passed by Division Bench of this court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14849/2021.

Held that:- The Hon’ble High Court rejected the relief sought to that extent.
